Sweden ambassador in Iraq: We respect holiness of Imam Ali Holy Shrine

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Bontis Milander, the Sweden ambassador in Iraq, and his accompanying delegation had the honor of visiting the holy shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH).

The employees of the Public Relations Department received him. They took him round the archeological sites and the landmarks of the Holy Shrine.

In a statement to the Media Center of the Holy Shrine, Bontis said, “It is my first visit to the Holy Shrine. I am astonished at seeing these sites. This visit differs from all my other visits in Iraq. We do appreciate and respect the holiness of this place.”
